13544 Beverly Blvd. was built in 1930. The unique roof design exists in only a handful of historical houses in Whittier.

The property is not listed in any local designation list from the City of Whittier. No Mills Act Agreement is connected to the property as of this writing.

The Tarin family purchased the house in 2013.

CURRENT STATUS OF HOUSE (August, 2016):

It has original electrical knob and tube wiring.

Only half of the pluming is copper. . .the rest is galvanized.

There was a really cool avocado tree in the backyard that some owner cut off!  What were they thinking?

The wood floors are super thin and need replacing.
